About the Role

As Senior Program Manager for Revenue Operations, you will ensure completion of large, cross functional projects and support team initiatives. You will work with leadership to define project objectives and timing then develop and own project plans. You will ensure the work is completed on time and to Abnormal standards of quality, collaborating cross-functionally.

This role will be responsible for program managing a portfolio of the GTM Revenue Operation Team’s strategic programs, working closely with our program owners and workstream teams to move programs through the planning and build phases to execution and assessment.

  • 10 years experience within a SaaS technology company with 3+ years of Program Management experience, ideally working with Sales Enablement or Operations teams.

Role Responsibilities + Deliverables

Revenue Operations Program Management

  • Collaborate with leadership to understand priority programs and educate yourself on the subject matter.
  • Create, maintain and execute project plans with objectives, deliverables, timelines, dependencies and owners.
  • Conduct program or project status meetings and provide leadership updates.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to drive alignment, influence and work toward common goals.
  • Identify risks, proactively inform leadership and develop solutions to mitigate.
  • Ensure all work related to the project meets the Abnormal standards of quality, holding the bar high.
  • Design, establish, and iterate on best practices and repeatable processes for operational excellence.
  • Coordinate with cross-GTM Operations Program Managers to ensure alignment on processes, templates, transparency, shared best practices for efficiency and consistency
  • Develop and own the plan for process documentation maintenance.
  • Partner with the business analytics team to track, measure, and report on KPIs while incorporating data into future project plans

Enablement Program Management

  • Manage execution of enablement projects including curriculum development, live and on-demand training, certifications, sales resources and assets, and virtual and in-person events.
  • Operationalize GTM enablement processes and align with program managers across GTM Operations team
  • Manage GTM intake process (approvals, stakeholders, channels, communications, reporting)
  • Develop GTM enablement editorial calendar
  • Operationalize virtual sales enablement training sessions
    • Coordinate run of show including scheduling dry runs, slide presentations, presenters, Q&A, surveys
    • Manage post-event production including editing Zoom links, posting on Highspot, sharing links with attendees, archiving
    • Partner with VP or Revenue operations to manage “call for topics” each quarter

Base salary range:
$128,900$151,700 USD
