Amentum is seeking a dynamic and agile Resource Integration Coordinator to provide analysis and planning support to the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) Operations Directorate at Camp Smith, Hawaii.

You will directly support the USINDOPACOM Operations Directorate by coordinating the introduction of a new and expanded Integrated Joint Fires team into the larger Directorate. This role will require interface at all levels of the command from newly reporting personnel to senior civilian and military leaders.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Directly support the integration of the Integrated Joint Fires team into the Joint Fires Division and larger Operations Directorate.
  • Interface with Divisional and Directorate leadership to support the integration of a large 70+ team. Integration will include coordination of administrative support to include determining information technology, communications, security, and space requirement needs of the Division and Directorate.
  • Coordinate directly with Joint Fires leadership in determining how to optimize the overall performance of the Joint Fires team in meeting the Commander’s vision for the team.
  • Analyze the performance of the Division and make recommendation for best organizational structure and needs to optimize the performance of the Joint Fires team.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 10 years of combined experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD).
  • At least 3 years of experience at Joint Staff, Combatant Command, or Service Component staff.
  • At least 5 years’ experience with government or military staffing or human resources.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations.
  • Experience in writing reports, graphics, and information papers.
  • Proficient at authoring analytical and/or policy documents.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must have an active Top-Secret clearance and be SCI eligible. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university or Graduation from a military command and staff college.
  • At least 3 years of experience at USINDOPACOM Headquarters.

The salary range for this position is $150K to $175K. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
