Position Summary
This role will be responsible for developing commercial demand forecasts for pipeline and launching products as well as completing opportunity assessments for life cycle management.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with project manager to define business problem, break down the problem into execution steps and run the analysis
- Ensure high quality analytics solution/reports to client
- Contribute towards Axtria tools and capabilities as per the business requirements.
- Build organization capabilities by participating in Hackathon, solution design, process automation
- Effectively communicate with onshore/ client (as per business needs)
- Mentor junior associates
Education
Bachelor of Engineering in Statistics
Work Experience
- 4 to 8 years of relevant analytics experience into Commercial Pharma Forecasting
- Epi based Forecasting for Inline, Pipeline and BD&L Products/ Brands
- Understanding disease and Therapy Area and its application to forecast
- Understanding of secondary research support / validate assumption
- Strong in Excel & any programming experience is good to have
- Strong logical and analytical ability to solve business problems. Independently execute business problems with minimal guidance from Leads
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in Pharma domain is mandatory
