The Waygate Technologies Visual Global Operations Leader will provide overall operations leadership for the Visual sub business unit by working cross-functionally across the organization. Is involved in discussions with other disciplines about future developments and consequences for the business unit.

As the Visual Global Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Optimizing Visual Supply Chain Performance by driving fulfillment, EHS, quality, service, cost, cash & culture
• Partnering with WT leadership team to drive operational excellence in the business across all Visual SBU functions and manufacturing sites
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of operational metrics including customer fulfillment and cost positioning while constantly assessing all viable options
• Being the interface for global operations on NPI programs and investments
• Leading financial/operating plan development and execution for global supply chain
• Optimizing performance of the global supply chain by looking across all plants within the WT business and implement best practice sharing across the manufacturing sites
• Owning the financials/budget tied to operational execution; work with finance teams to analyze cost drivers and validate savings
• Monitoring & improve cost productivity while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality & compliant manner
• Effectively track and communicate global supply chain progress with business leadership including operational scorecards and metrics
• Driving consistent communication processes and messaging to ensure that business and operational goals are effectively communicated to employees

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 10 additional years of experience of Supply Chain experience, covering Manufacturing, Quality, and Sourcing and Materials management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

• The annual pay scale for this position is between $143,900 and $249,900 USD if employed in New York.
