  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to workforce planning, career development, and talent management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 7 years of Field experience - Preferred experience in planning, scheduling, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing career development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
