Partner with the best

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. Contribute to develop vision on a important market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective. Leads the development of business plans for complex product or product lines.

As a trusted technical advisor on the Commercial Sales Team. You will align capabilities to specific outcomes, create reference architectures, and calculate potential solution value, you will be responsible for:

· Handling complex products/systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.

· Managing complex long term sales processes, handling important business unit clients and signing contracts.

· Collaborating with internal teams, including solution architects/product development/engineering services/integration consultant/implementation consultants, to ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery.

· Developing/maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling additional Cordant APM and Engineering services offering.

· Providing in-depth technical knowledge/expertise on asset reliability/APM solutions to prospective clients. Staying current with industry trends/best practices/emerging technologies to asset management/reliability.

· Conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our Cordant solutions.

· Performing Discovery to identify the GAPs in current and future state to identify the customer challenges.

· Defining Scope of work based on customer discovery together with Subject Matter Expert for proposal development.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a Bachelor from an accredited school. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Solution Architecture for Asset Performance Management.

· Have great understanding of reliability engineering principles, maintenance strategies, and asset lifecycle management.

· Have familiarity with APM software solutions, CMMS, EAM systems, and predictive maintenance technologies.

· Have good oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

· Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems, to lead programs/projects and document, plan, market, and execute programs.

· Have one of these professional certifications such as CMRP, CAMA, CRL is an advantage.

· Be able to travel across the region for customer meeting.
