The Cordant™ APM Presales Architect will play a crucial role in the sales/presales process; collaborating closely with sales and customer teams to identify the GAP in terms of people, process, technology, data and quantify the plant challenge in terms of financial impact.
As the Pre-sales Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with prospective clients, both in-person and virtually and perform discovery to identify the major problem to identify the financial impact in terms of production, maintenance and operation cost, safety and environment and reputation.
- Collaborating with sales teams to develop comprehensive presales proposals and presentations that effectively showcase the features and benefits of Cordant™ APM and ARMS consulting services products and services.
- Conducting thorough analysis of client requirements and business processes to identify opportunities for Cordant™ APM solutions.
- Delivering engaging and informative demonstrations of Cordant™ APM solutions and ARMS Engineering services offering to prospective clients, both in-person and virtually.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional Cordant™ APM and ARMS Engineering services offering.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including solution architects, product development, engineering services, integration consultant and implementation consultants, to ensure seamless transition from presales to project delivery.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 5+yrs of experience in presales consulting or solution architecture roles, with a focus on APM solutions in Oil & Gas or Power Generation industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering presales presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of APM solutions and Engineering Services offering to clients.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical APM solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Able to travel upwards of 50% within North America
