Our Digital team is responsible for developing cutting-edge software and hardware solutions for our Chemicals product line.

Partner with the best

Our new Route Optimization team has been created to implement technology to better utilize our chemical delivery and treatment fleet. Route Optimization (RO) will integrate scheduling and routing information, utilizing real-time analytics to deliver current information regarding deliveries and treatments for our fleet of both heavy and light-duty vehicles. This encompasses surface and treatment deliveries. These computerized plans will maximize the utilization of our limited resources of drivers and relieve the time-consuming duties of our account and driver managers. The system will also offer reduced windshield time, which brings many elements of improvement, including reduced safety risk exposure, fuel burn expense, machine maintenance expenses, and ensuring DOT hours of service are monitored as required. The new system will provide better inventory planning and control, as well as maximize the utilization of delivery and treatment drivers with improved routing efficiency. When combined with a method of optimizing the routes for the delivery and treatment drivers, we can supply our customers with the chemical they need to maximize the life and production of their asset

As a Route Optimization Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Detecting and signaling flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.
  • Contributing to projects as a team member.
  • Scheduling and Dispatching of delivery and treatment orders to assigned geographic location
  • Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in the field.
  • Working with OIC Digital to ensure all data is accurate and up to date


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Logistics).
  • Have Knowledge of Omnitracs/Solera platform preferred, but not required.
  • Be able to speak Spanish is desired, but not required .
  • Have extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Be able to evaluate decisions through the eyes of customers, create processes with customer viewpoint,
  • Display great oral and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Be able to adapt to different working hours based on assigned area
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
