As a Identity & Access Management Engineer Active Directory, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and resolving end user Active Directory, DNS, PKI, CyberArk related incidents, requests, and Changes.
  • Providing Level 2 operations support, monitoring and maintenance for Identity and Access technologies such as Active directory, DNS, PKI, CyberArk etc.
  • Escalating and collaborating with higher levels of support including 3rd party.
  • Supporting major and minor incidents in the IAM space to provide first line support and escalation coordination.
  • Adhering with ITIL change management processes.
  • Ensuring all reported incidents in IAM queue are resolved per agreed SLA and solution provided in compliance with security guidelines.
  • Responsibilities include rotational, 24/7 on call support.
  • Learning, partnering with senior teammate to participate in project to polish and showcase your learn skills.
  • Ensuring to update/write new documentation for application supported.

To be successful in this role you

Must have:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience with enterprise Active Directory including replication, authentication, group policy, DNS, and CyberArk management.
  • Have understanding of Active Directory authentication protocols including Kerberos, NTLM, and LDAP.
  • Have functional knowledge of PKI, digital certificate in how it relates to Active Directory and LDAP.
  • Have experience with AD auditing and monitoring as well as AD backup tools.
  • Have technical understanding of Windows Server OS 2012/2016/2022 and its role as DNS, DHCP, DFS, and CA.
  • Have good understanding TCP/IP protocol suite and technologies.
  • Have good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Be a team player with positive spirit and effective communication.
  • Be a good written and verbal communication skill.
  • Have experience with ServiceNow

Good to have:

  • Be Microsoft Certified: MCSA, MCSE, or similar.
  • Have knowledge of Windows PowerShell scripting language.
  • Have knowledge or experience on any other IAM technology such as OKTA, Radiant Logic VDS.
  • Have ability to take ownership of complex tasks and deliver while mentoring team members.
  • Have ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks independently.
