The Bucket Cell Leader will demonstrate accountability for functional & business company objectives. The role will lead daily operations of the Bucket Cell for the Qatar Service Center.

As a Bucket Cell Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Providing leadership and direction within the Bucket cell to achieve asset utilization, cost attainment, quality, delivery, budget, and manpower goals

• Overseeing special process operations related to Chemical Stripping Plant, Heat Treatment, and Thermal Spray; including maintenance and spares inventory control.

• Leading a strategy for continuous improvement of assigned products/processes

• Running the Lean vision as a change agent and implement a Lean strategy to reduce inventory, lead time, and waste.

• Supporting early integration of Lean principles in process development for New Product Introductions.

• Capturing measurable improvements in lead-time, customer delivery, productivity, inventory, and product flow

• Ensuring clear & constant communication of key business / customer issues to employees

• Leading a collaborative, cross-functional partnership with the internal customer and supporting organizations to include Engineering, Sourcing, Quality and planning

• Working closely with operational leader to understand top drivers of consumable cost.

• Updates digital shop systems related to assigned work (Digital Work Order, Time Vouchering, Operation completion)

• Partnering with supporting organizations to run product cost competitiveness

• Providing ongoing support in scheduling resources, technical leadership and facilitating the flow of hardware to meet internal/external customer requirements

• Applying Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor’ Degree in an Engineering discipline from an accredited college or university;

• Have relevant experience in Bucket cell

• Have prior experience as a process leader and with implementing productivity tools

• Have ability to influence others and lead small teams

• Have the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

• Lean Six sigma certification will be an advantage
