As Gas Technology Services (GTS) Country Leader you will represent GTS business segment in Equatorial Guinea. You will be the managing director for Baker Hughes legal entities . You develop initiatives in country with the extended Baker Hughes team supporting the business strategy and growth
As a Equatorial Guinea Country Leader - Gas Technology Services , you will be responsible for:
- Representing the company in the country across the major authorities included the Central Bank
- Coordinating with local Baker Hughes directors (IET and OFSE) based in and overseeing SSA
- Scouting business opportunities at Baker Hughes level and coordinating with the Baker Hughes shareholders
- Handling communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation. Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.
- Driving portfolio growth and identifying execution strategies through partnering with sales leaders while ensuring a profitable and long-term growth
- Ensuring processes and policies are compliant within the country on all business aspects
- Presenting to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions
