Senior Marketing Operations Specialist Location: Remote US

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical setup for marketing campaigns
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce CRM
  • Build emails and landing pages (WordPress, HubSpot)
  • Track and attribute marketing campaigns (UTMs, Salesforce)
  • Analyze and report, guiding marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, RevOps, and CS teams
  • Manage projects and automate processes (Monday.com)
  • Maintain data integrity and create documentation
  • Coordinate with external vendors (SEO, Ads, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience with HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on security best practices
  • Team player with a continuous learning mindset

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with BI tools (Segment, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of Qualified, Outreach, 6Sense
  • B2B SaaS experience
