Position Overview

Beyond Limits is seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying companies (at both the enterprise & mid-market level), teams, and individuals that could be interested in our software/services – with the primary goal of initiating the active sales cycle though a combination of targeted outreach and inbound lead management. Your leadership skills, industry expertise, and passion for AI technology will be essential in expanding our market presence and maximizing sales opportunities across North America and EMEA.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic growth of our sales organization, charting a path to expand market reach and achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application.
  • Attain or exceed all defined metric driven quotas.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date with Beyond Limits’ products and intellectual property.
  • Drive the identification, pursuit, and closure of new business opportunities. Build a robust sales pipeline, manage key accounts, and negotiate contracts to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs related to AI software. Translate insights into actionable strategies that position the company as a leader in the field.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Act as a trusted advisor, recommending AI solutions that drive value and innovation.
  • Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Identify and explore new market segments and geographies to diversify the company's customer base and revenue streams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness, network with potential clients, and stay updated on industry developments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in field of Business or similar area
  • Experience selling technology or SaaS products preferred
  • Excellent phone & email communication skills
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding personal and team goals
  • Proficiency in using CRM
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
This position is a remote position based in Houston, Texas.
The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is listed below as a yearly salary. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or company stock options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

$180,000$200,000 USD
