Our mission is to bring intelligence to the world of content management and empower our customers to completely transform workflows across their organizations. With the combination of AI and enterprise content, the opportunity has never been greater to transform how the world works together and at Box you will be on the front lines of this massive shift.

Founded in 2005, Box is headquartered in Redwood City, CA, and we have offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

We have powerful products, features, and resources, but most importantly, these come together to solve customers' most significant business problems. At Box, we are helping individuals and businesses revolutionize how they get work done, giving them better and easier ways to share, manage, and collaborate on business information.

We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to support the New Product Introduction (NPI) program within the GTM PMO organization.

You will partner closely with stakeholders across Product Marketing, Pricing, Product Management, TPM, and operational functions (GTM Ops, Rev Ops, Technical Accounting, Enterprise Systems, Legal, and Channel Ops) to drive product, pricing and feature releases through established NPI program frameworks.

Candidates should bring a passion for how technology is changing the way we work and have some experience managing these kinds of programs. If you’re interested in this role, you should enjoy and have experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, building strong cross-functional relationships, synthesizing complex technical and operational considerations into tangible business requirements, and effectively communicating across all levels of an organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage products, features, and pricing releases through established NPI frameworks, driving project plans forward, unblocking and communicating to stakeholders to foster alignment across the organization.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional operational, go-to-market, and product stakeholders to translate strategic business objectives into tangible business systems requirements.

  • Drive project execution and foster connectivity across strategic priorities to increase the quality of business outcomes.

  • Identify and creatively solve complex, cross-functional operational issues, often unique to each project.

  • Create, communicate, and manage project timelines across functions to keep project delivery on track and minimize time to market.

  • Facilitate conversations and drive consensus for complex, ambiguous problems with diverse, sometimes conflicting viewpoints.

  • Help maintain and develop NPI documentation, including the NPI roadmap and NPI enablement materials for internal stakeholders.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Exceptional collaborator and communicator with an ability to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Strategic thinker who understands the bigger picture while also being comfortable in the details of deliverables

  • Proven ability to excel in the face of ambiguity and responding to changing needs or shifting priorities while minimizing project impact

  • 5+ years of program and project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

  • Experience working with Google Sheets, Smartsheet, or related project management tools

  • Ability to work well within time constraints to meet critical business needs

  • Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, and related business systems is a plus
