The ideal candidate should be strategic and data-driven programmatic professional responsible for planning, buying and maintaining programmatic and biddable ad campaigns in multiple DSPs, Social, and Search platforms. Canela is looking for a Programmatic Executive to join our LATAM team.

You will help shape the future of our advertising business by improving the way Canela manages data and how advertisers use it for managing campaigns.

  • Perform the implementation of digital campaigns and ads according to guidelines with DSP partners such as: DV360, The trade desk, etc.
  • Deep interest in Programmatic Media
  • Knowledge of data-driven, programmatic media trading
  • Strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data
  • Monitor campaigns for performance along with the Client Service team, ensuring campaigns are pacing accordingly, managing spend, troubleshooting campaigns, creating insights about performance, making updates accordingly and flagging potential issues to management.
  • Manage ad technology vendors needed to execute specific campaign work.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to craft best-in-class, holistic omnichannel media strategies rooted in driving tangible business outcomes for large brands.
  • Programmatic Display/Video (DV360, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, etc.)
  • Publisher/Partner Direct
  • Connected TV/OTT (Roku, etc.)
  • Experience working with analytics, attribution and measurement systems. Including but not limited to:
  • Google Analytics
  • MOAT/IAS/Double Verify
  • Nielsen
  • An empathetic, patient and collaborative spirit that fosters a positive day-to-day experience for your teammates.


  • Bachelor degree
  • +2 years of experience implementing Programmatic campaigns on digital platforms
  • Experience in advertising or digital environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem and technical market standards (VAST, VPAID, ad-serving, SSP, DSP, DV, IAS, etc.)
  • Understands media planning concepts such as reach, frequency, frequency management and ROI.
  • Platform knowledge: Google Display & Video 360, Google Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, etc.
  • Experience with data analysis; results and detail oriented.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with media buying & trafficking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an exceptional eye for detail/organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills required
