We’re looking for a Technical Enablement Manager who will develop, execute, and continuously improve the technical product enablement program for customers and employees.

What would you do, if hired?

  • Establish and maintain technical expertise on the Celigo platform.
  • Create, deliver, and maintain compelling and engaging on-demand and instructor-led technical product training content for our most advanced customers.
  • Manage technical certification programs and performative assessments.
  • Develop and uplevel role-based learning paths for customers and employees.
  • Cultivate relationships and partner with internal product and engineering teams.
  • Lead a scalable process to reflect current product updates in our library of educational content.

Who are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of technical enablement experience at a high-growth enterprise software or technology company.
  • Previous experience developing on-demand and instructor-led technical product training for various audiences.
  • Track record of designing and executing successful technical product enablement and certification programs at scale.
  • History of cultivating internal relationships and working cross-functionally with CX, product, engineering, and marketing departments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering live technical training sessions.

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $110,000 to $130,000 a year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
