Summary Description: This person is responsible for managing the daily operations of the rental delivery business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact guests to confirm arrival and room numbers on the scheduled arrival date.
- Contact guests and schedule pick-up times
- Manage nightly delivery schedule, working in delayed guests and pick-up times.
- Dispatch vans and drivers for on-time deliveries and pick-ups
- Enter payments for delivered reservations as needed
- Close out completed orders nightly
- Print and review reservations for upcoming deliveries
- Prepare/Print van schedules and corresponding paperwork for the next day’s deliveries
- Contact guests and schedule deliveries for reservations made within 48 hours of arrival
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exceed our customer’s expectations
- Previous ski and snowboard industry experience a plus

Budgeted range starts at: $20-$24/hourly. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
