Summary Description: This person is responsible for managing the daily operations of the rental delivery business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact guests to confirm arrival and room numbers on the scheduled arrival date.
• Contact guests and schedule pick-up times
• Manage nightly delivery schedule, working in delayed guests and pick-up times.
• Dispatch vans and drivers for on-time deliveries and pick-ups
• Enter payments for delivered reservations as needed
• Close out completed orders nightly
• Print and review reservations for upcoming deliveries
• Prepare/Print van schedules and corresponding paperwork for the next day’s deliveries
• Contact guests and schedule deliveries for reservations made within 48 hours of arrival
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to exceed our customer’s expectations
• Previous ski and snowboard industry experience a plus

Budgeted range starts at: $20-$24/hourly. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
