Summary Description: Reporting to the Store Manager, the Rental Supervisor role is your ticket to an adrenaline-fueled career. As the captain of our Ski/Snowboard Rental Department, you'll lead with enthusiasm, ensuring our staff is at the top of their game. Your mission: deliver jaw-dropping guest service, all while maintaining impeccable inventory control and boosting profitability.

What You'll Do:

  • Set the gold standard for guest service through your leadership and actions.
  • Showcase your encyclopedic knowledge of products and industry trends.
  • Transform your team into binding DIN setting and boot fitting virtuosos.
  • Keep our pricing sharp and our promotions exciting.
  • Uphold the gleaming cleanliness of our store.
  • Partner with the store manager to navigate the payroll budget waters.
  • Help shape a dream team through hiring, training, coaching, and leadership.
  • Be the guardian of our company policies and procedures.
  • Master the art of asset protection with top-tier loss prevention techniques.
  • Keep the wheels turning with essential company documentation.
  • Step up as the store's guiding star when the manager's away.

Skills You Bring:

  • Your love for skiing and snowboarding is practically your second language.
  • You're a seasoned leader with a track record in ski/snowboard rental operations.
  • Your high school diploma or equivalent is your ticket to ride.

  • Navigating POS systems? You're a pro, or you're ready to become one.
  • Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word, are your trusty sidekicks.

Budgeted range starts at: $20-$24/hour + Commission. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
