We are looking for a Partner Program Coordinator to focus on our Centralized partnership programs at EverCommerce.

As the Partner Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and implementing large channel programs that will need your expertise in working with the high-level individuals in our partner network as well as driving the integration of these programs to our subsidiaries. You will plan, execute, coordinate, and contribute to the reporting on program successes.

You’ll report to the Vice President of Business of Development, work closely with cross-functional teams at the solution level as a strategic and tactical resource, and collaborate on revenue-generating initiatives as part of the EverCommerce Business Development Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing relationships with some of the largest companies, associations, and networks in the home services industry

  • Implement and manage existing and new programs to help increase penetration into the partner network increasing revenues and creating opportunities

  • Brainstorm new marketing campaigns and cross-sell opportunities between partners and our solutions

  • Focused on collaborating with leaders of large associations, manufacturers, and franchise networks on strategies to help their members work with EverCommerce and its subsidiaries

  • Each partner program is unique and having the ability to analyze the current status of the relationship, then coordinating with key internal groups to assemble optimal outcomes will be a key responsibility

  • Executive interactions, user webinars, trade shows, and face-to-face meetings with partners, you're moving the ball forward, leveraging new ideas, and ultimately, strengthening our partnerships through strategic and thoughtful plans

  • Manage the coordination of weekly/bi-weekly check-in meetings with partners and their teams to track program progress and collaborate on key deliverables

  • Work closely with the marketing, legal, and technical accounting teams at EverCommerce

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing with some experience in the implementation and management of large-scale programs

  • 1-2 years of B2B program managing and or implementation, preferably with a SaaS company and/or in the home services space

  • Tactful and resilient in challenging situations, analytical in solving problems, and innovative in evaluating new growth opportunities

  • Extremely well organized

  • You have a positive attitude when working with both partners and internal stakeholders

  • You are a strategic thinker, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions, thoughtful, proactive, and self-motivated, and don’t wait for direction to deliver results

  • You have a natural desire to learn and keep up with an industry that is always evolving and easily adapt to change

  • You are an excellent communicator who can navigate tough conversations and are comfortable speaking to managers and executives both externally and internally

  • You have a proven track record of preserving and growing existing accounts

  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office-Excel, Word, PowerPoint and have familiarity with SalesForce

Where: 10%-20% travel required; heavier in Q1 and Q3
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
