We are looking for a Data Specialist to focus on our Data Management and Analysis functions at Service Fusion. Founded in 2014, Service Fusion, serves nearly 10,000 field service contractors in over 50 residential and commercial service verticals with mission-critical business management software. While the largest segments of the customer base are HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair contractors, our target customer is “anyone in a truck who comes to your home or business to perform a service.” Service Fusion allows such contractors to operate their business from anywhere with enterprise-level features at a small business price.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • This position will work closely with customers and their Implementation Manager during onboarding to Service Fusion. Customers will come from a variety of other Field Service Management platforms and you will be converting and formatting their data for use in Service Fusion.
  • The Data Management team is a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented compensation structure including a performance-based variable compensation component.
  • Although fast-paced, the team’s emphasis is on accuracy vs. speed. Getting it done right is essential when customer business data is involved.
  • This position encourages out-of-the-box thinking and a high degree of autonomy to get the job done.
  • You will be empowered to work with anyone in the company to solve problems without a high-degree of structure and silos between organizations.
  • Opportunities to work on other data analysis projects within Service Fusion, Profit Rhino, Callahan Roach, and KickServ companies (EverPro Brands) based on experience and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, transform, and load data from various databases or other field service management software.
  • Work closely with the our customers to understand and reorganize the data to fit our software.
  • Remain knowledgeable on all Service Fusion and EverPro products
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics
  • Administer value of product
  • Collaborate with peers and clients on projects
  • Assist with internal database analysis
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

You have a an analytical, inquiring, and critical mind. You have strong problem-solving skills, but with a strong technical orientation that enables you to produce timely results that are high quality and accurate. You can deal with abstract concepts, systems, and ideas and all of that in an organized and self-disciplined way. You give serious consideration to all possibly related facts and potential problems. Your intellectual confidence is important in this job. To do it well you require close, hands-on involvement, careful follow-up and very disciplined, and limited, delegation. You weigh all decisions carefully and thoroughly, based on expertise to avoid unpredictable risk.

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and SQL.
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Python
  • Ideally has worked at a software development company using a SaaS platform. FSM Experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Analysis is preferred but not required.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technically savvy with a solid understanding of computer software, web-based applications, and mobile apps and devices.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional patience, time-management, and organizational abilities enabling self-driven performance
  • Commitment to collegial and collaborative relationships with staff and leadership
  • Adherence to Service Fusion’s policies and procedures

  • Demonstrated experience in office administration, file maintenance, data entry, spreadsheet analysis, and reporting

Where: DFW - Remote
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
