Role Summary
ConcertAI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Real World Data Products division. The Senior Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients who utilize our real world data products. They will collaborate closely with sales, product management, and technical teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including executives, researchers, and data scientists.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to deliver tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
- Strategic Account Management:
- Develop strategic account plans for key clients, aligning product offerings with client objectives and driving long-term value realization.
- Collaborate with sales and product management teams to identify opportunities for product enhancement or new feature development based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks that may impact customer satisfaction or retention, and develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback:
- Serve as the voice of the customer within ConcertAI, advocating for customer needs and priorities in product roadmap discussions and strategic planning sessions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and sentiment data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and share findings with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Champion customer success stories and case studies to showcase the impact of ConcertAI’s real world data products on improving healthcare outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within the healthcare or life sciences industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes and delivering value to customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with real world data or healthcare data products is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time
