Role Summary

ConcertAI is a leading digital trial solutions company that is revolutionizing the way clinical trials are conducted. We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Associate Product Designer, you will be assist in the design and development of our digital trial solutions products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to create innovative and user-friendly products that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design process from concept to launch, focusing on a user-centered approach and ensuring seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers to define product vision and strategy.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to support design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for SaaS products.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in product design.
• Contribute to the creation, collaboration, and iteration on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Partner with the UX team, product management, and engineering to support user experience for products and features from conception to launch.
• Provide and seek feedback to push the bar for quality .
• Assist in understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and pain points through thorough research and analysis.
• Required travel up to 20%.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design, ideally in the healthcare or technology industry.
• Portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Passion for creating user-centered and innovative designs.
• Experience with designing for clinical trials or healthcare products is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems.
• Understanding of human-centered design methodologies, including: discovery, ideation, whiteboard sessions, and user testing.
• Proficiency of Figma for designing, prototyping, and collaborating on projects.
• Solid understanding of Design systems.
• Nice to have: Experience in GenAI.
