Compensation includes a base salary of $77,800.00 - $116,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

Our Software Engineers are energetic influencers who thrive on designing simple and scalable solutions to complex problems and delivering leading-edge software products for our customers. We are looking for exceptionally ambitious, communicative, hands-on individuals with the passion and skills to take our product offerings to the next level.


As a Software Engineer, you will work in a collaborative team environment that encourages you to perform at your best while contributing to the engineering efforts of one of our scrum teams. You will be challenged to engineer right-sized solutions for complex business problems. You will apply your knowledge of modern software design, best practices, design patterns, and frameworks with an understanding of application performance and maintainability. You will aspire to use new technologies and challenge yourself to develop innovative solutions. You will work alongside developers and technical leads on a team where collaborative programming and mentoring are regularly practiced.


As engineers, we are responsible for our applications, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support. We use various AWS services, including but not limited to Elastic Container Service, Lambdas, SQS, Dynamo DB, Step Functions, and RDS. If you want to work on highly performant software running at scale in the cloud, with the ability to learn new technologies and impact our ability to succeed, this job is for you. You will also be responsible for rotating on-call responsibilities with the rest of the team.

Your Role

  • Be a passionate and flexible engineer. Collaborate with your team to achieve and exceed the goal of building, deploying, monitoring, and managing a highly performing and highly available production system.
  • Write readable, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with team members on best practices, code reviews, internal tools, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate and implement new ideas within your team
  • Explore open-source or industry-standard solutions that could be a fit for the organization
  • Monitor and proactively identify opportunities to enhance resilience, optimize costs, and increase observability.
  • Develop data acquisition, cleansing, syndication, and other solutions for expanding our Automotive Marketing Platform.
  • Develop service-oriented architecture solutions, construct and manage services published to internal and external consumers, and integrate them with complex databases and third-party components.
  • Expand our automated test coverage (unit, integration, performance, validation ..etc..)
  • Engage with your agile delivery team to build a culture of passion, trust, and creativity.

Qualifications:

  • 18 months experience in object-oriented programming (C#, Java, C++, or similar), in a job or through schoolwork
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field (or 4 years of work experience instead of education)
