About the role:
As the Director of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for successfully bringing our products to market, both for new prospects and existing clients. Your team will work with the GM, solutioning, product and clinical teams to identify product opportunities and ensure our products and packages are differentiated, simple to understand, and valuable to customers and members. You’ll constantly monitor the market, run market research, and develop strong relationships with our go-to-market team to ensure that everything we do and build — and how we talk about our products – is founded in a deep understanding of our buyers and the market. Product Marketing plays a crucial role within the Business Acceleration Organization and will report directly into the head of Corporate Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully launch new products to the market with compelling narratives for employers, health plans, labor & trust and other target segments
  • Develop and maintain a deep perspective on the market landscape, both competitors and buyers, to inform positioning, packaging, and pricing
  • Build, maintain and expand a suite of market-facing materials and tools that support our GTM team and work with our training team to train sales
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to support a product-led content strategy to drive brand awareness and build our pipeline
  • Partner with Product, GM and GTM Ops to package up product releases and communicate company roadmap and innovation
  • Support sales and client success with in-house strategic conversations and opportunities
  • Develop upsell positioning, compelling case studies and member stories that show our value and advance our selling
  • Find opportunities to better showcase our impact with compelling market-facing statistics, easy-to-use GTM analytical tools, pursuit of external validation, and more
  • Be responsible for product and service-line documentation for all buyer segments

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of Product Marketing experience ideally in the employer benefits space or working with large enterprise buyers
  • Experience growing and leading a high-functioning product marketing team
  • Track record of building high performing teams through excellent leadership and team management skills, including demonstrable ability to coach and upskill team high potential members
  • Strong analytical ability and exceptional strategic instincts
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to package findings into market-facing collateral in a crisp, thoughtful and persuasive manner
  • Sound business judgment and problem framing
  • Superior storytelling skills to weave a compelling visual narrative
  • Enthusiastic collaborator who is able to effectively work across teams with many different stakeholders
  • Deep interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to balance and execute multiple projects concurrently

Physical/Cognitive Requirements:

  • Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
  • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
  • Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $149,450 - $211,100 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $171,868 - $242,765 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $186,813 - $263,875 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $194,285 - $274,430 + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.
Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations. In addition to earning a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Details of the Annual Bonus Plan, including performance metrics, target incentives, and potential earnings, will be discussed during the interview process.
