Job Summary

The Data Analyst serves as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for various stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. The role involves assessing business and IT landscapes, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring data quality and integration. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs and meet non-functional requirements such as security and scalability.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Stakeholder Communication: Acts as the liaison between internal and external parties during different project stages.
• Business and IT Assessment: Evaluates current systems to identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Documentation: Creates detailed diagrams, reports, and presentations.
• Collaboration: Works closely with data modelers, developers, and architects to define data structures and ensure data quality.
• Requirement Mapping: Translates business terms into technical requirements and prepares the implementation backlog.
• Team Collaboration: Works daily with developers, testers, and other team members to maintain the product vision.
• User Support: Provides end-user training, support, and ensures compliance with internal and external regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Over 5 years in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or related fields.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Strong ability to uncover requirements and recommend solutions.
• Understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, database design, and business intelligence processes.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, and Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with financial systems, BPMS, and workflow automation is advantageous.
