Job Summary

The role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, ensuring project constraints and scope are effectively established and controlled. The Project Manager (or Delivery Manager) will work closely with stakeholders, lead the scrum team, and oversee project risks and issues.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Project Management: Oversee the delivery of system solutions, manage project scope, schedule, and costs to ensure accuracy and customer acceptance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain relationships with all project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Team Leadership: Facilitate team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution, while ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
• Impediment Removal: Assist the team in overcoming obstacles to maintain productivity.
• Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in project delivery and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Agile PM roles, especially in IT/Banking/Insurance sectors.
• Scrum Knowledge: Experience as a Scrum Master and knowledge of Scrum principles are preferred.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong facilitation and coaching abilities to influence and lead teams effectively.
• Continuous Development: Commitment to developing team members and enhancing departmental capabilities.

Role-specific Requirements

• Languages: Proficiency in English.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in financial services is advantageous.
• Software Development Understanding: Familiarity with all phases of software development, including analysis, design, development, and testing.

Technologies and Competencies

• Technical Skills: Awareness of relevant technologies used in project delivery.
• Problem-Solving Orientation: A keen interest in identifying and resolving issues to drive results.
