You will have the opportunity to drive faster growth for ServiceTitan and its customers, help product GTM teams, and partners scale, and generate and realize value for all parties in the ecosystem.

Your work will aim to increase usage of Pro Products and partner integrations and drive customer success, while reducing the dependency on Sales and Support teams. Your role will require you to define a clear strategy and GTM for a PLG infrastructure that provides product managers, marketers, business development managers, and other internal teams with the levers and tools needed to influence and manage their customer funnels from acquisition to retention. You will have a broad impact across the whole company, collaborating with product, sales, business development, onboarding, engineering, design, marketing and data teams to name just a few.

What you'll do:

  • Own the vision for PLG to provide a scalable and intuitive platform to drive incremental revenue growth from within the product itself, while reducing the dependency on sales and support to convert buyers, increase usage, and drive more customer success.

  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across product management, marketing, business development, etc. on defining and executing a roadmap for PLG that delivers quantifiable impact to the business.

  • Define, build and continually improve intuitive, cohesive, end-to-end customer experiences for self-serve discovery and evaluation, engagement and value realization, and activation and monetization stages.

  • Engage closely with customers and internal users to understand their current processes and needs, and translate those into product capabilities

  • Define, evaluate, and obsess over key performance metrics to improve product quality and customer sentiment at scale

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform product decisions and inform the product roadmap

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align growth efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience

What you’ll need:

  • 6+ years experience in a product management role with strong track record of shipping new products and features

  • 4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred

  • 5-8 year minimum prior experience with SaaS B2B products as well as B2C ecommerce experience

  • Significant experience building or implementing self-service solutions such as purchasing flows, package upgrading and canceling mechanisms

  • Strong product design background and a passion for building simple user interfaces that delight users

  • Data-driven: your decisions and your successes are based on quantifiable impact

  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others

  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
