What you will do:

As an Operation Excellence Engineer focused on process mapping and data analysis, you will be responsible for evaluating, documenting, and optimizing our business processes. Additionally, you will use your analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive efficiency and informed decision-making within the organization. Your work will have a direct impact on enhancing operational processes and maximizing productivity.

How you will do it:

  • Process Mapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and map current business processes, including process steps, dependencies, and key performance indicators.

  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and organize data from various sources, and perform in-depth analysis to extract actionable insights.

  • Data Visualization: Create meaningful visual representations of data, such as charts and graphs, to facilitate better understanding and decision-making.

  • KPI Development: Work with relevant teams to define, measure, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for process improvement.

  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with teams to implement process enhancements and monitor the results for ongoing refinements.

  • Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and documentation to ensure teams understand and follow optimized processes.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and presentations to management to showcase the impact of process improvements and data-driven insights.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in process mapping, optimization, and data analysis.

  • Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Microsoft Visio, SQL, Excel, Tableau, or equivalent).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly, especially in evolving industries.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices related to operational excellence and process improvement.

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodology.

  • Experience with business intelligence tools and database management.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing and data mining techniques.
