As the Head of Revenue Operations you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer with dotted line reporting to sales leadership and will be an integral partner in helping to design and execute on a strategy to drive our ability to scale revenue. This is a Senior Director level position.

What will you be doing?

  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team and finance to set quarterly and annual revenue targets and build a staffing plan for our GTM teams that aligns with the Company’s revenue goals.

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable revenue processes and systems, focusing on data-driven decision making.

  • Optimize sales processes and tools to drive productivity, efficiency and revenue growth.

  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting across all revenue streams.

  • Develop and maintain KPIs to track the effectiveness of revenue teams.

  • Partner across the GTM organization to develop and deploy strategies that enable us to effectively retain and upsell our existing customers.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer feedback and market insights inform product development.

  • In collaboration with marketing, drive alignment between marketing campaigns, sales activities and customer success to ensure a cohesive message and customer experience.

  • Analyze and refine customer acquisition, retention and expansion strategies to optimize revenue growth.

  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation, in collaboration with our business systems team.

  • Build, mentor and lead a high-performing revenue operations team.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What skills & experience do you need?

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, strategy or a related role with at least 4 years of experience in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth at a B2B software company, ideally Series C or later.

  • Experience with sales-led and PLG go-to-market motions.

  • Strong understanding of sales, customer success and marketing operations.

  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B software solutions.

  • Excellent analytics, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • A proven ability to hire a strong team

  • A desire to move quickly and get their hands dirty when required.

  • Proficiency with CRM and revenue operations tools.

  • Experience leading and supporting a global team is a plus.

This is a hybrid role, expected to be in our San Francisco office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
