We are seeking an accomplished Growth Strategy Manager to spearhead strategic sales and operational initiatives in the APAC region. This pivotal role offers significant ownership and visibility, with the opportunity to directly influence market dynamics, customer engagement, and overall company financial performance. We are looking for a strategic thinker with exceptional financial acumen, capable of identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities while adeptly managing associated risks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, playing a critical role in shaping our international strategy to accelerate global objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead APAC Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy aligned with our broader business objectives and growth ambitions.
  • Collaborate on Long-Term Transformation: Partner with senior management and global cross-functional teams to define and drive long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Enhance Sales Productivity: Analyze business health metrics to identify opportunities for improving sales performance and productivity.
  • Unlock Growth Opportunities: Work closely with Revenue Operations to identify and activate key growth levers in the region.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance: Offer insights and strategic recommendations to local teams and senior leadership for both short-term wins and long-term success.
  • Scenario Planning & Trend Analysis: Conduct detailed scenario planning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
  • Manage Strategic Projects: Identify, prioritize, and scope key strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Efforts: Collaborate across departments to manage system requirements, reporting, and analytics to support strategic goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, strategy and/or operations.
  • Analytical Expertise: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to transform complex financial data into strategic, actionable insights.
  • Independent & Proactive: A self-starter who thrives in a lean, fast-paced environment, capable of taking ownership of the finance function and delivering results autonomously.
  • Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Innovative thinker who leverages technology and process improvements to solve complex challenges.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information and complex concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Organizational Excellence: Highly organized with a proven ability to work independently while also excelling in collaborative, team-oriented settings.
