We're disrupting how organizations innovate with data and are looking for a Corporate Communications Coordinator/Specialist to support our mission!

The Impact You'll Have

As the Corporate Communications Coordinator/Specialist, you will work closely with our Communications Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute various communications initiatives and maintain our media presence. You will support our growing public engagement needs, craft compelling content (e.g., social, blogs, newsletters, bylines) of Gretel's technology and its impact on the industry, and play a key role in developing our communications strategy.

Requirements

Communications

  • Strong interest in GenAI, privacy, tech business and AI policy trends

  • Minimum 2 years of media experience, including news monitoring and cultivating relationships with AI & technical journalists and influencers

  • Excellent researching, writing, and storytelling skills, ideally on technical topics

  • Experience publishing blogs and social, and managing a multi-channel content calendar and internal marketing wiki

  • Experience drafting and managing submissions for award, call for papers, and other speaking opportunities for industry conferences and events

  • Experience crafting and delivering communications to various audiences and stakeholders, including executives, media, and staff

Project Management

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Design, Leadership, Sales & Partnerships) and third-party vendors to plan and execute large events and/or complex strategic initiatives

  • Experience with sales/marketing automation tools and other MarTech tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Webflow, HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Confluence, Jira)

Nice to Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field

  • Editorial experience, preferably in technology or business journalism

  • Experience conducting in-depth research on AI, privacy, and/or related public policies

  • Background or interest in AI/ML developer communities

Compensation:

Employee compensation will be determined based on interview performance, level of experience, specialization of skills, and market rate. During the offer discussion, your recruiter will review the finalized base salary, bonus (for applicable roles), benefits and perks (additional information available on our career site), and stock options as they’ll be reflected in the offer letter.

Employees hired in the U.S. and Canada can expect the below information to reflect a reasonable estimate of the salary offered for this role. Salary ranges are updated regularly using premium market data. (Please note: it is unusual for new hires to receive a base salary at the top of the range. Additionally, the value of Gretel.ai’s stock options is not included in the salary bands and may represent a significant portion of your compensation.)
