Primary Objective:

We are looking for a collaborative and highly engaged and highly motivated Corporate Trainer who is passionate about the Spectrio products and mission while focused on creating and facilitating training programs enterprise-wide to help employees develop and enhance their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with senior and departmental leadership on development of new training initiatives and content designed to support critical business objectives
  • Develop comprehensive and robust training curriculums that includes instructor-led classes, online education, and other learning formats
  • Coordinate and assist with department specific training.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation and related new hire sessions each month
  • Develop training materials, student and facilitator guides based on identified learning needs.
  • Develop and maintain pre and post-training testing functions to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure training data is accurate and up-to-date and properly cataloged in relevant databases for reporting and analytical purposes.
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
  • Maintain communication channels with sales new hires and their managers regarding new hire performance and learning objectives.
  • Provide direction, guidance, and expertise regarding training requirements and learning and development modules.
  • Partner with the People Operations Business Partners to ensure alignment of training and priorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Travel up to 10% of the time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Education or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven training experience. Sales and/or marketing industry experience is highly preferred
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn business practices, policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated track record training, coaching, developing professionals.
  • Ability to train with energy, enthusiasm, and dedication.
  • Capable of utilizing a multitude of delivery techniques and activities, to engage adult learners while relating critical concepts.
  • Ability to research, design and conduct effective training for adult learners within a classroom setting and in distance learning environments.
  • Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of training and development techniques, tools and processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, SalesForce and NetSuite is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment where priorities change quickly.
  • Ability to work with management to establish training goals and objectives through needs assessment while also functioning as a team player.
