Description & Requirements

Infor is seeking a Salesforce Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and implement Salesforce solutions that drive value creation. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Salesforce capabilities, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing our account hierarchy, territory management strategies and will be highly motivated by the opportunity to make impactful contributions and drive meaningful change within the organization and create long term value.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
  • Lead the enhancement and optimization of our existing Salesforce solutions related to Accounts and Contacts, Data Governance, and Territory Management.
  • Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders and translate them into detailed functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across Salesforce. Enforce data governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine and implement effective territory management strategies
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including use cases, process flows, functional specifications, business process maps, and user stories.
  • Create detailed deliverables such as business process maps, user stories, wireframes, and mockups to guide development and implementation.
  • Work with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions leveraging Salesforce best practices and optimizing the platform usage.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce, particularly in Accounts and Contacts, Data Governance, and Territory Management functionalities.
  • Experience with SaaS products.
  • Experience in analyzing business requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.
  • Experience in creating documentation such as business process maps, user stories, wireframes, mockups, and functional specifications.
  • Experience in developing process flows and user guides.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
  • Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
