About the Role:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to designated business units within Employ, providing expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters. The HRBP will collaborate closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring the development and implementation of solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and from our Downtown Denver, CO office three days a week.

What You’ll Do:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR support to help achieve business goals and improve organizational performance.
  • Lead efforts in talent acquisition, development, and retention within assigned business units, ensuring a robust pipeline of talent and fostering an environment of continuous growth.
  • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Partner with leaders to implement effective performance management practices, including goal setting, coaching, feedback, and development plans.
  • Support and lead change management initiatives, helping employees and leaders navigate organizational changes, including restructures, mergers, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to assess current and future workforce needs, developing and executing plans to address gaps and optimize team structure and effectiveness.
  • Champion the company’s culture and values, leading efforts to enhance employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights to business leaders, driving data-driven decision-making and measuring the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Identify training and development needs within the business units, partnering with the Learning and Development team to deliver relevant programs that enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Provide input on compensation strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity, and support benefits administration as needed.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals and understand the broader organizational context.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex employee issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in leading and managing HR projects, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
