The Opportunity
Kandji is looking for a creative & autonomous Social Media & Content Marketing Manager who is eager to be part of a team driving innovation in a dynamic industry focused on the fast-growing use of Apple devices for work. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and presenting compelling narratives that resonate with our customers to build Kandji’s brand.

How you will make a difference day to day

  • Autonomous creation of short-form stories across various earned & owned channels: Linkedin, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, the Kandji website, and more.
  • Lead the global social media content strategy for the business with a focus on delivery and growth metrics, aligned with company goals and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and sales to understand audience personas, industry trends and customer pain points to inform content creation.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar and ensure transparency, for consistent and timely content delivery across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with our Designer, Web Developer, and various contractors to efficiently deliver a consistent stream of multi-media content.
  • Monitor content performance metrics, analyze data and provide insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and content marketing best practices.
  • Ensure content compliance with brand guidelines, tone of voice.
  • Establishment as an influential voice in shaping the growth of the Kandji brand, becoming the go-to person for all organic content.
  • Enable GTM team members to leverage content to engage prospective customers in their sequences.

Minimum qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a Content Marketing and/or Social Media role.
  • You have the skills of a LinkedIn influencer. You become well-versed enough in a subject area to be able to write engaging and thoughtful posts with unique insights. You can take a piece of content, like a podcast, and find insights which inspire LinkedIn posts that cover a variety of angles.
  • Confident & able to write engaging content, often explaining complex concepts.
  • Experience creating & directing multi-media content production for social media, website, email, and more.
  • You are comfortable crafting written, design, & video content.
  • You have experience shooting short-form social content on iPhone or DSLR camera, ensuring lighting, sound, and camera angles are premium.
  • Ability to work at a rapid pace, delivering multiple, varied edits throughout the week.
  • Hyper-organized and comfortable wrangling resources, timelines, technology, and people to accomplish objectives.
  • You hold yourself to the highest standard of excellence in all aspects of your work.
  • You can show it with examples of campaigns or other collateral that required your resourcefulness, insight, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to rapidly gain an in-depth knowledge of the Kandji product, device management industry, and competitors.
  • A global outlook.
  • You start with why— weaving “why does this matter” into all your work and messaging.
  • Positive approach to problem solving through analytical thinking and operational efficacy.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Must have a portfolio of work.
  • Required to work on-site Monday - Friday.

Preferred qualifications

  • You have technical skills in video editing, motion graphics, and/or design software (eg Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud).
