Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Warranty Claim and Reporting Analyst for the Service Organization. This role will provide administrative, and analytical support to the Warranty Team with the focus on improving warranty data and cost management. An ideal candidate would have experience in automotive domain with cross-functional operations skill who will be responsible to audit and maintain warranty claim accuracy and integrity using data driven insights and can provide clear communication.
You will:
- Analyze and audit warranty claims to ensure warranty claims adhere to warranty policies and procedures.
- Maintain, audit, and communicate program metrics through analytical reporting, not limited to program trends, opportunities, etc.
- Ensure proper categorization of warranty claims, prepare presentations and warranty reports to management and leadership.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide visibility on claim repair trends and manage performance metrics of repair order data, assist in corrective actions as required.
- Analyze, Verifies and reviews Labor Times and warranty labor Op codes.
- Perform data analysis and create reports that will be used by Quality, Service Ops, Finance, Customer Care etc.
- Review and provide feedback to improve warranty policy and procedures.
You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of experience in automotive warranty or related service industry
- Basic automotive technical experience, theory and operation
- Computer Skills to include Microsoft Excel and ability to learn and adapt to new software systems as required.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Desire to continuously develop, improve, and maintain processes.
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$90,000—$105,000 USD
