We’re looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to focus on launching new products and features, and develop product positioning and messaging that hits every stage of the funnel.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Team Lead to work both hands on with our GTM strategies while also managing a small PMM team. Our Product Marketing Managers are pivotal to our product-led growth strategy. They drive the conversion of free users to paid customers and actively expand our user base through effective GTM plans.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

  • Manage a small team of Product Marketing Managers
  • Own the product messaging lifecycle from awareness to customer advocacy, crafting distinctive messaging that sets Lusha apart.
  • Strategize and implement go-to-market plans, orchestrating product launches across multiple channels (websites, social media, email, ads).
  • Craft compelling narratives showcasing our products' functionality and value.
  • Develop and curate sales enablement materials, including guides and resources for seamless onboarding and support.
  • Analyze usage data and campaign results to refine strategies for optimal performance against KPIs.
  • Manage and prioritize a diverse project portfolio, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely, successful outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), providing guidance and support to drive team success.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging professional growth and development.

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager in B2B/B2C.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, including positioning, messaging, and campaign planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences and channels.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and a passion for users.
  • Experience with product-led growth (PLG) companies that have a high-touch enterprise component.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple work streams.
  • Self-starter with a knack for identifying opportunities and taking initiative.
  • Passionate about technology and able to explain technical concepts to everyday people.
  • Team player who collaborates well across different disciplines.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
