About this position:

The VP of Revenue Operations will collaborate directly with Sales, Customer Success, Services, Marketing, and Finance teams to determine strategy, design and deliver enablement programs, implement reporting processes for the analysis of performance metrics, and influence alignment of all revenue operations. This intersectional role will drive revenue effectiveness by establishing measurable processes to improve sales & marketing efficiency across rapidly growing teams. Revenue Operations supports and leads critical decisions for the future of Mavrck + Later as we continue to push towards the next level.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive and lead all aspects of revenue operations from GTM strategy, process optimization, technology stack, territory planning, lead-to-deal processes (including scoring and attribution), and sales enablement
  • Proactively upgrade process and systems to meet Mavrck + Later’s growth needs
  • Oversee and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s reporting and forecasting efforts
  • Provide analytical horsepower to solve data challenges and execute on relevant data management and governance in Saleforce and other tools
  • Build and develop a strong enablement function that leads to improvements in sales productivity and new hire ramp time
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, Product and Legal on pricing optimization, contract standardization, and quote-to-contract efficiencies

  • 12+ years experience in progressive revenue operations or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce and Marketo
  • Experience with revenue driving tools such as Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Experience leading large teams with cross-fuctional partners
  • Experience in software or SaaS
  • Experience in growth environments
  • Big-picture thinker that recognizes opportunities for revenue growth
  • Extensive experience in revenue or business operations or related roles
  • Consistent track record of building processes and procedures that can scale during high-growth periods
  • Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with peers, subordinates, and executive management
  • Ability to draw actionable insights from large and complex datasets.
  • Get stuff done attitude

Our approach to compensation:

We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.

Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base salary + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.

To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.

Additionally, all permanent team members are granted stock options and are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.

Salary Range:

$220,000 - 245,000 USD OTE
