Position Summary

The Industrial Engineer- Workforce Management will be responsible for helping develop engineered labor standards. The individual will be responsible for evaluating, documenting, validating, and updating labor standards for all processes related to store and pharmacy labor.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience running labor standards in an equivalent capacity (retail labor experience a plus)

• 1+ years' experience in conducting Motion and Time Studies for the development of future engineered labor standards

• 1+ years' experience using StandardsPro or similar

• 1+ years' experience with continuous improvement and capacity planning

• MOST Certification or ability to complete certification after hire

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience running labor standards in an equivalent capacity.

• 3+ years' experience in conducting Motion and Time Studies for the development of future engineered labor standards.

• 3+ years' experience using StandardsPro.

• 3+ years' experience with continuous improvement and capacity planning.

• Ability to influence leaders through change.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to produce results by working within established time limits, deadlines, and understanding potential barriers and next steps.

• Proven track record of high performance.

• Advanced level skills working with data in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with individuals at every level of the organization.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 – $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
