Position Summary

This role has dual responsibility within the workers’ compensation and general liability teams and reports to the Sr. Manager of Workers’ Compensation.

Workers’ Compensation Restricted Duty:

Work with our 3rd party administrator Sedgwick, CVS Workers’ Compensation Analysts and the Reasonable Accommodations team to track and coordinate restricted duty claims for CVS to facilitate the injured colleagues return to full duty.

General Liability:

Work with the Manager of General Liability to support a high volume of store surveillance requests for review, extraction and preservation. Review and analyze leases and other internal records as needed for our 3rd party administrators claim investigations.

Required Qualifications

1+ years experience handling workers’ compensation claims and/or equivalent health insurance/TPA experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to proactively oversight and manage TPA via reporting, auditing, claim reviews.
  • Review and interpret medical reports as it relates to restricted duty assignment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, written and communication skills.
  • Proven time management skills and demonstrated ability to oversight a high volume of cases.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and behaviors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications with a proven ability to learn new software programs and systems as required.


High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$40,600.00 – $89,300.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
