Position Summary

This is a Sr Analyst position available within the Client Benefits Test Team. The Sr Analyst, Client Benefits Test will define the test strategies and be responsible for the quality of the deliverables for the respective line of business. This is a client- facing role. This individual will lead the day-to-day operations of a team of 4-5 analysts engaged in designing and delivering test design and execution for many health plan benefits. The Sr Analyst will need to identify the best approaches and strategies for ensuring the accuracy of formulary, UM, and benefits and could be requested to discuss test results with senior leadership across multiple lines of business.

This individual will be required to identify areas of improvement and will need to successfully engage with internal business partners and leaders as needed; to resolve issues, drive results and meet project target dates as required by management.

The Sr Analyst will also participate in process improvement initiatives in root cause analysis (RCA) discussions across multiple business units as required by Client Services leaders. This individual will work with Client Benefits, Membership Operations, Account Management, and Implementation management to improve the overall quality of the Client Implementation experience

Required Qualifications

• Overall 6 years of quality assurance or testing experience.
• At least 3 years of working in PBM or related work experience
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and perform the necessary Root Cause Analysis
• Knowledge and experience of RxClaim (AS400), EZQuery and EZTest tools
• Well organized and able to effectively prioritize work and meet the schedule
• Proactively Identify schedule and project risks and timely communicate the same to project stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Self-motivated and focused on ensuring client intent is met

Preferred Qualifications

• 3- years experience working in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) industry/Managed care industry or Healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) and collaboration skills
• Courteous and professional demeanor with the desire and ability to work in a team
• Ability to interact and with project leads and SME’s

Education

HS Diploma plus equivalent work experience

Bachelor’s preferred preferably in Business, Finance or Business Analytics.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 – $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
