The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
As a key member of the Moloco's Commerce Media and Streaming Monetization (enterprise offerings) marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy and execution, ensuring our website becomes the go-to destination for our target enterprise audience and a source of lead generation.

You will develop and implement a cohesive content strategy across all marketing channels, including communications and public relations, to maximize brand impact and drive business growth for our enterprise products.

Additionally, you will significantly increase the volume and quality of thought leadership content published by Moloco, reinforcing our position as an industry authority in enterprise solutions.

The Opportunity:

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a robust content marketing strategy for Moloco’s enterprise products that supports the company's overall marketing objectives and sales goals.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, videos, and more.
  • Thought Leadership: Position the company and its executives as thought leaders in the retail media and streaming advertising industry by creating insightful and informative content that addresses industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Editorial Calendar Management: Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent cadence of content production and distribution across all channels.
  • SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  • Content Distribution: Implement strategies to maximize the reach and lead generation impact of our content through various distribution channels, including social media, email marketing, influencer outreach, partnerships, and executive marketing
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data and analytics to inform future content strategies and decision-making.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead all the content efforts for enterprise products and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including within Marketing, Sales, Go-to-market, and Product teams to ensure alignment and integration with overall business objectives.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B/Enterprise industry.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to write long form content for complex industries and products. Also having the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in content management systems , marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in adtech and digital marketing.

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. Please note that although the range is presented in terms of salary, this position is non-exempt and will be compensated on an hourly basis. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Compensation Range:
$137,000$205,000 USD
