About the Role

As a Sales Trainer, you will work closely with sales leadership in developing best in class training for our Sales team, with an initial focus on our EMEA Sales Development team. Our Sales Development team is the foundation of our entire sales engine, so this is a critical part of our enablement strategy. This role will report to the Director of Revenue Enablement; it will have long reaching impact on our time to productivity for the revenue organization and in top line revenue creation by equipping our SDR team to win in the marketplace.

What You'll be Doing

  • Coach and mentor new SDR team members

  • Run sales enablement training, primarily for our Sales Development team

  • Evolve onboarding class and curriculum for our Sales Development team

  • Partner with Sales Enablement Leadership and Sales Leadership on sales process and training gaps

  • Collaborate with multiple teams in the company and your counterpart in North America to design, implement and lead live, virtual and recorded trainings

  • Evaluate the sales process to uncover gaps and create training solutions to cover them, evaluate and improve current trainings, and build out training paths in our LMS

  • Other duties as needed

About You

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales training

  • Previous experience in SaaS sales preferred

  • Experience working with a learning management system (LMS) preferred

  • High performer and thought leader

  • Outstanding presenter and public speaker

  • Ability to coach and mentor sales reps and leaders

  • Prior experience in high growth SaaS company

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Sales training certification such as Challanger Sale, Solutions Selling, Value-Based Selling, SPIN Selling, SNAP Selling, Command of the Message or others strongly preferred
