Associate Specialist, Performance Marketing
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated Associate Specialist, Performance Marketing to fuel our expansion efforts and drive inbound growth. You will collaborate to optimize our paid marketing strategy, manage end to end campaign execution, and monitor performance to enable our campaigns continuous development. User acquisition will be your primary responsibility, which requires constant collaboration with and support from the sales, operations, marketing, and product teams on company-wide growth initiatives. You will become a growth expert with substantial practical expertise, an agile mindset, and exceptional business acumen
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and in one of the following states - TX, FL, CA, NC, GA, CT, ME, KS, & VA. Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or those willing to relocate unassisted.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist with growth acquisition channels - you will be responsible for launching and managing campaigns on various paid search channels and directories, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Capterra.
Create digital content for paid - you will help create the content for paid search channels and work closely with the Product Marketing and Brand teams to improve the creatives and take them to the next level.
Cross-team collaboration - you will work closely with the global marketing and sales teams to localize and optimize campaigns, mostly NAAPAC team and also assist with EMEA localization tasks.
Performance analysis – you will conduct basic keywords and performance analysis across funnels and collaborate with the data team to help optimize the PPC strategy and execute it efficiently and effectively.
Keyword research and expansion - you will conduct keyword research and create targeted ad groups and campaigns to maximize ROI.
A/B test - you will conduct A/B testing on a regular basis to improve campaign performance incrementally.
Search terms optimization - you will use your expertise to audit search terms in collaboration with our product and sales teams.

You have a BA/BS degree.
You have 1+ years of hands-on experience in paid search, SEM, or PPC managing Google Ads and Bing Ads.
You have data-driven mindset and experience with analyzing campaign performance with great excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve performance.
Knowledge of webs analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and the ability to use data to create reports and insights.
You are a fast learner and skilled writer and are passionate about testing copy & messaging & design.
You are self-motivated, resourceful, and have excellent communication skills.
You have experience with B2B SaaS companies preferred

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $55,000 to $75,000 per year.
