Intern - Marketing Events
Calling all recent college grads and aspiring interns! We're excited to welcome a dynamic Marketing Intern to our team, offering you the chance to collaborate closely with our Events and Programs teams. As a Marketing intern, you'll dive into a world of rewarding opportunities, including event preparations, partnering with the content team for social promotions, crafting event overviews, scheduling post-event check-in calls, and much more. Location: Anchored in the heart of Austin, TX; this hybrid role is in our bustling downtown Austin office. Forget about parking woes - we've got it covered!
What You’ll be Doing
Assist the NinjaOne Demand Generation team on a variety of marketing campaigns such as in-person events, direct mail, gifting, swag, and more!
Order supplies and swag for a variety of campaigns across the demand generation team.
Work with content teams on social and community promotion for upcoming campaigns.
Research marketing initiatives by other vendors in the B2B SaaS / IT industry.
Manage project logistics in the Marketing Team’s project tracking platform (Asana).
Assist with marketing administrative tasks such as researching flights, consolidating monthly expenses, & data entry.
Moderate Physical Activity: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 30 pounds and standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day during projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Education: Pursuant to a BA/BS (or recent graduate) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Advertising
Knowledge of marketing funnels & campaign strategies
Excellent verbal & written communication skills with a flair for the creative!
Comfortable working with internal and external partners and stakeholders on projects
Keen eye for details and strong organizational skills, particularly in events, data, and project management
Comfortable with leading and presenting program updates in front of a broader team
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and relationship-building.
Local Travel: Willingness and ability to travel locally as needed for the role.
Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to pivot quickly and adjust priorities accordingly.
Bonus Skills: Experience with Asana, Pardot, SalesLoft, Google Suite, and/or email automation tools a bonus.
