As the Executive Communications Manager you will partner with our senior executives, the broader communications team, and cross functional teams to develop and execute communications strategies and plans. This person will be a trusted advisor to our C-suite to tell NinjaOne's story to internal and external audiences. The right leader will be a very hands-on professional who is comfortable working with senior executives and personally delivering a wide range of high-impact work including messaging, keynotes, thought leadership content, speaking engagements, social media, and more. The role reports to the Senior Director, Global Communications.

Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and in one of the following states - TX, FL, CA, NC, GA, CT, ME, KS, & VA. Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL or those willing to relocate unassisted.

What You’ll be Doing

• Build and execute communications strategies and plans in alignment with our senior executives, including messaging, keynotes, speaking engagements, thought leadership content, PR/AR, and more.

• Develop compelling storytelling and thought leadership content that positions our leaders as subject-matter experts and business leaders and aligned to the value NinjaOne delivers to our customers.

• Manage executive programs such as C-level advisory boards in partnership with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

• Partner with HR to excite, motivate, and educate NinjaOne employees.

• Track and measure the effectiveness of our work with data-driven reporting on results.

• Other duties as assigned.

About You

• Proven experience and success working with executives at a fast-paced SaaS or B2B technology company.

• 5+ years of professional experience directly related to this role in-house, in journalism, or at an agency. Previous agency or journalism experience is preferred.

• Outstanding writer and speaker who is able to simplify complex technology into relatable, concise messaging.

• Proven ability to think strategically yet execute quickly in a fast-paced hypergrowth environment.

• Proven track record of building and managing relationships with audiences ranging from senior executives and co-workers to media and influencers.

• Past successes in delivering a wide range of communications outcomes for senior executives.

• Strong organizational and program management skills.

• Preferred BA/BS Degree in any field – we value diversity!

Additional Information

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 per year.
