Channel Operations Associate
About the Role
As a Channel Operations Associate at NinjaOne, you will play a crucial role in our sales operations, responsible for accurately and efficiently generating quotes for our channel partners. You will collaborate closely with the sales operations, sales, and channel teams to ensure that quotes align with the company's pricing strategy and meet the unique needs of our partners. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Location - Austin, TX (Hybrid remote, in-office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)
What You’ll be Doing
· Collaborate with the sales team to gather information on customer requirements and pricing considerations.
· Analyze pricing structures and discounting strategies to develop accurate and competitive quotes for channel partners.
· Utilize NinjaOne's quoting tools and systems to generate, track, and manage quotes throughout the sales process.
· Ensure quotes are compliant with company pricing policies and contractual obligations.
· Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve any pricing or quoting issues.
· Provide support to the sales team by answering questions related to quotes and pricing.
· Maintain accurate records of all quoting activities and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
BA/BS or equivalent working experience
1+ years experience in reseller business; SaaS Sales experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using quoting tools and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
