Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns
This role is the “nucleus” of a cross-functional stakeholder group, collaborating with over 100 marketing team members to orchestrate and shepherd integrated campaigns across target audiences, priority industries, and marquee products. We seek a master orchestrator and seasoned marketer with a strong focus on measurement and business impact. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, your primary responsibility as the Senior Manager, Integrated Campaigns will be to align global teams and functions for the successful launch of integrated campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in building and scaling B2B SaaS integrated marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions, and implementing process interlocks and frameworks. Beyond strategic pipeline program management, the ideal candidate should possess extensive experience partnering with sales and field leaders for continual development, ensuring campaign effectiveness across teams impacting success. As a central figure, you'll provide actionable direction, ensuring teams are on time, on target, and well-versed in messaging, positioning, persona targets, and aligned goals for selected promotion channels. This role demands a professional equally adept at strategy and planning as well as hands-on execution. Your expertise will be critical in overseeing the launch of diverse campaigns across various teams and promotional channels, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand message.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and in one of the following states- TX, FL, CA, NC, GA, CT, ME, KS or VA. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL
What You’ll be Doing
Plan, create, and implement end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, such as email, paid media, organic web, social, events, PR, and content.
Execute comprehensive, cohesive strategies by seamlessly leading multiple integrated marketing campaigns, aligning with overarching organizational goals across globally dispersed teams.
Collaborate with Creative, Marketing Operations, Web, Product Marketing, Corporate Comms, Digital Marketing, and Growth teams to execute successful campaigns that tell the NinjaOne story.
Partner with marketing leaders to develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for integrated campaigns by defining campaign themes, goals, and budget for organizational-level initiatives to scale global coverage and drive revenue.
Organize and enforce campaign messaging, positioning, and persona targets, ensuring effective utilization by teams and maintaining alignment with the defined theme, goals, and budget.
Tailor global campaigns, demonstrating nuanced regional understanding and preferences, while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion to ensure resonant messaging for a global impact.
Establish and manage a comprehensive campaign calendar detailing all tactics. Act as a liaison for inquiries related to campaign priorities, responsibilities, resources, and timing.
Utilize Asana for creating program components, managing execution processes, measuring success, and reporting results.
Work cross-functionally to ensure clear understanding of assignments, deliverables, and timelines across teams. Present program and campaign updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Identify, implement, and optimize best practices in demand capture, demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration for impactful results.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics, benchmarks, and recommend improvements.
Determine optimal formats for designed materials for distribution across various mediums.
Partner with the Sales/SDR team to create and leverage a feedback loop for continuous improvement in lead quality and pipeline generation.

7+ years of experience in planning & executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Proven expertise in executing integrated global marketing campaigns.
Expertise in the lead lifecycle with a deep knowledge of best practices in demand capture, demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration.
Skilled in seamlessly integrating advocacy into campaigns through testimonials, case studies, and active participation by partnering with customer, brand, comms, and marketing teams.
Organizational excellence is your standard as evident through meticulous attention to detail, revered multitasking, prioritization, quick pivoting, and metric-driven decision-making, showcasing an unwavering commitment to excellence.
You are an expert in project and program management, demonstrating strong organizational, planning, reporting and creative abilities. Your polished program updates are consistently delivered to executives and larger teams well ahead of deadlines.
Mastery in KPIs, data analytics, and reporting for executing successful marketing campaigns.

Deep understanding of diverse marketing functions, including operations, PR, PPC, CRO website, ABM, event planning, and social media.
Experience with Asana required. Salesforce, Pardot, Tableau, Salesloft preferred.
