Department Overview

Motorola Solutions Finance Operations Center (FOC) provides world-class finance & accounting services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America region. It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input will be valued and where you will do some of the best work of your life.

GFSS (Global Financial Systems Support) team is in charge of driving the finance portion of a global Oracle R12 & Cloud implementation, enhancing finance systems to drive efficiencies and assisting in system/process improvements, automations and changes for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations.

Job Description

* Supporting the system migration and integration projects (R12/Cloud)

* Supporting automation projects

* Providing full support for end users - resolving reported issues and performing setups

* Proposing improvements within the particular Financial Stream

* Control the issues / IT tickets in particular financial stream and actively support their resolution

* Act as coordinator for system issues and or projects related to particular financial stream and actively support communication between the business and IT to ensure quick resolution

* Performing full Month End Closure process

* Preparing and maintaining desktop procedures

* Giving feedback about the functionalities / new scope - and test them in UAT environment

Basic Requirements

* 1+ years of relevant experience

* Degree in Maths / Computer Science / Finance / Accounting or others

* Good understanding of Oracle Green Field Practical usage of SQL

* Strong communication skills

* Very good english (B2)
