Responsibilities

  • Interacting with vendor and carrier inquiries
  • Engage with internal customer-facing teams to provide insightful analysis and recommendations, offer prompt resolutions to queries or challenges, and direct teams to the appropriate resources or departments for further assistance or expertise.
  • Engage with brands and customers as necessary; request missing information and promptly respond to inquiries, ensuring effective communication and satisfactory resolution of queries.
  • Investigation of parcels and vendor concerns through multiple avenues
  • Ability to work through a daily task list, and monitor emails daily to update different types of data throughout the day
  • Quickly learn how different systems work and how to effectively use them
  • Communicates effectively with Operations team members and leads
  • Run reports, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Enter key performance indicator data accurately and on time for multiple vendors
  • Use of problem-solving to flag issues and troubleshoot issues
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incorrect information
  • Analyze data to optimize operational processes and enhance the team’s efficiency.
  • Provide feedback and find pain points in the process, gather information for internal systems, and work on projects as needed
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • You will be expected to work on a fixed schedule from 9 pm to 5 am (Egypt time) and be responsive during your set hours

You have many of the following:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement, self-motivated and energetic, with the drive and ability to learn new skills.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic remote environment.
  • Experience with Zendesk, and advanced knowledge of GSheet or Microsoft Office Suite are a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve operational goals.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, Team player
  • Adept at rapid process understanding and implementation
